Korea Trip September 2010

by Zlatko Anguelow

Very interesting trip. You get a much better idea about the country and the system.

Rayco and KTG had organized the trip very well.

The trip was much more relaxed and interesting than we thought it would be - based on the internet information we had read before.

3-4 days stay is a good. You can see the most interesting things. The mass games are AMAZING!

Our guides were very relaxed and we could take pictures as much as we wanted (except soldiers or military buildings).

Military personnel in North Korea
by: KTG

Thank you for your feedback Zlatko. We're glad to see you had an enjoyable trip.

Indeed, travellers cannot take pictures of military personnel / vehicles in the DPRK and there are also militarily sensitive points, such as certain areas when driving towards the DMZ (once in the DMZ it is fine to take pictures).

Guides always tell travellers where it is not suitable to take pictures. We also always recommend to ask guides if it is ok to take a picture before doing so.

Cheers,

KTG
